T's & C's for traders
Here is what you need to do before, during, and after the event.

Before the Event

Payment & Insurance: Your spot is only secured once you’ve paid in full and provided a copy of your Public Liability Insurance.

Approval: You are strictly limited to selling the items listed on your application. If you want to change your stock or offer a paid service (like a workshop), you need written permission.

Wristbands: Small stall with get two wrist bands. Large stalls will get four. (for adults. any needed for kids please ask for free) Order any extra staff wristbands buy at least 6 weeks before the start date.

Cancellations: If you cancel, you only get a full refund if you give more than 60 days' notice. within 30-60 days only 50% will be refunded. Within 30 days of the event, no refunds are given.

Arrival & Setup

Check-in: You must go to the registration point at the front gate before entering the grounds.

Timing: Setup is on Friday (8 AM – 5 PM). On Saturday and Sunday, gates open at 10 AM, but no vehicles are allowed on the grounds during the weekend.

Unloading: You have a 45-minute window to unload your vehicle, after which it must be moved to the designated parking lot.

During the Event

Stall Management: Your stand must be staffed at all times until 8 PM on Saturday and 6 PM on Sunday. You cannot pack up early.

Prohibitions:

No private generators (use the event's electricity if booked).

No smoking inside tents.

No roaming sales: You must stay within your assigned booth space.

No open fires.

Camping: You can sleep in your stall or at the campsite, but you must pay the camping fee during your application.

Food & Beverage Rules

Hygiene: You must have all health and safety paperwork ready for potential government inspections.

Waste: Food traders must use the central waste container—do not use the small bins meant for visitors.

Fire Safety: If you are cooking, you must have a 6kg CO2 extinguisher, a fire blanket, and specific safety hoses for gas containers.

Liability & Fine Print

Security: While there is on-site security, you are responsible for your own goods. The Event is not liable for theft or damage.

Damage: If you damage the grounds or venue property, you will be sent an invoice which must be paid within 14 days.

Cancellations by Organizer: If the event is cancelled due to "Force Majeure" (weather, pandemics, etc.), the Event is not required to compensate you for losses.

Photos: The Event may take photos or videos of your stall for commercial or promotional use.
