Breock renaissance faire
By purchasing a ticket through our partner, Ticket Tailor, you agree to the following terms and conditions. These regulations apply to Breock Ren Faire Wadebridge
1. Access & Ticketing

Validity: Entry requires a valid ticket (purchased online or at the gate). Each barcode is unique; only the first scan will be admitted. Ticket copying or redistribution is strictly prohibited.

Responsibility: The purchaser is responsible for the security of their ticket. Breock Events is not liable for fraudulent use of duplicated tickets.

Daily Tickets: Tickets are valid only for the date specified. Single-day visitors will receive a daily wristband.

Weekend/Camping: Weekend/Camping ticket holders will receive a wristband at the gate that must be worn for the duration of the event.

Wristband Integrity: Wristbands must not be cut, removed, or tampered with. Damaged wristbands are void. Replacements are available at the ticket office.

Age Requirements: * Under 16s must be accompanied by an adult.

Breock Events assumes no parental or supervisory duty of care for minors.

Proof of age may be requested at the gate.

2. Campsite Regulations

Access: Only those with a valid Camping Wristband may enter the campsite.

Hours: The campsite is open from Friday 5:00 PM to Sunday 8:00 PM.

Vehicles: * Campervans/Mobile homes require a camping ticket per person.

Sleeping in cars in the car park is strictly prohibited.

Facilities: No electric hookups are available. Elsan waste disposal is provided for chemical waste.

Prohibited Items: Glass, large LPG cans, generators, and reinforced sound systems (radios/large speakers) are prohibited.

Fires & Noise: Individual campfires, BBQs, candles, and torches are strictly prohibited. Please observe "Quiet Hours" after midnight.

Cleanliness: Please leave your pitch as you found it. Tents may be discarded only if broken down and placed in designated rubbish collection points.
3. Conduct & Safety

Searches: Bag and costume prop inspections may be conducted at the entrance for safety.

Prohibited Substances: Entry under the influence of drugs or alcohol is prohibited. Usage on-site will result in immediate removal without a refund.

Right of Refusal: Breock Events reserves the right to deny entry or remove any person for reasons including, but not limited too: aggressive behaviour, possession of weapons/drugs, indecent clothing, or violation of UK law.

Costume Policy: Costumes must be respectful. Political symbols (extreme left/right), discriminatory imagery, or Nazi iconography are strictly forbidden.

Dogs: Dogs are welcome in most areas but must remain on a lead at all times.
4. Weapons & Props
All costume props must comply with the Offensive Weapons Act.

Inspection: Props will be checked at the gate.

Requirements: Must be blunt and unable to fire any projectile. Prop guns must feature an orange safety cap.

Authority: The final decision on any prop rests solely with the security team.
5. Alcohol & Licensing

Age Verification: Alcohol is served only to those aged 18 and over. We operate a "Challenge 25" policy; please ensure you have a valid photo ID ready.

Proxy Purchasing: Buying alcohol for anyone under the age of 18 is illegal. Any visitor found purchasing alcohol for minors will be removed from the site immediately without a refund.

Outside Alcohol: Bringing your own alcoholic beverages onto the festival grounds is strictly prohibited.
6. Site Behavior & Commercial Activity

Food & Drink: Visitors may bring small quantities of food for personal use and water bottles. Large amounts of outside catering are not permitted.

Unauthorized Trading: Selling goods or services on the festival grounds, campsite, or car park is strictly prohibited without prior written permission from the organizers.

Promotion & Flyering: The distribution of flyers, posters, banners, or any other promotional materials is prohibited throughout the event site and parking areas unless authorized in writing by the organization.

Respectful Conduct: All guests must behave respectfully toward fellow visitors, festival staff, venue staff, and traders. Verbal or physical violence will not be tolerated and may result in immediate removal.
7. Liability

Personal Risk: Participation in the festival is at the visitor's own risk. Breock ren faire cannot be responsible for personal accidents

Property: Breock Events is not liable for loss, theft, or damage to personal property or personal accidents in the festival area, campsite, or car park.

Third Parties: We are not liable for the actions of other visitors, the venue owner, or the quality/defects of goods sold by independent traders.
8. Refunds & Cancellations

Non-Refundable: All tickets are non-refundable except in the event of a full cancellation (excluding Force Majeure).

If the event is cancelled due to circumstances beyond our control (Force Majeure), tickets will be rolled over to the next scheduled event. No refunds or travel expenses or other costs incurred by the Participant will be paid.

Refund Scope: If a refund is granted, only the face value of the ticket is refundable; booking fees are non-refundable.

Claims: Refund requests must be made by the original purchaser within one month of the cancellation date.
9. Media & Photography

Official Media: By entering, visitors consent to being filmed or photographed for promotional use by the Breock Red Faire media team.

Personal Use: Visitors may take photos for non-commercial use. Please be respectful and ask for permission before photographing individuals.

Commercial Use: Prior written consent is required for commercial photography. Charging a model for high-resolution files is considered commercial use.
10. Parking

Availability: On-site parking is available for visitors.

Disclaimer: All vehicles are parked at the owner's risk. Breock Events accepts no responsibility or liability for any theft, loss, or damage to vehicles, their contents, or persons while using the parking facilities.
